We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may be late for your training course. Our lateness policy states that anyone more than 15 minutes late for training may not be permitted entry into training and may not be entitled to rebook or a refund. This is solely for patient and colleague safety reasons, as someone that doesn’t complete the full training may have missed out on important training that could impact the safety of patients and other staff.
